Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the results generated by image generation models.
  • User error or failure to comply with the Service instructions.
  • Issues related to third-party services or APIs that are not controlled by ImagineBox.

  • Your account email.
  • The transaction ID or receipt provided to you through email at the time of purchase.
  • A description of the issue or reason for the refund request.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your refund request, we will review the details and notify you via email whether your request has been approved or denied. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
